Arrival/Dismissal Slides
We were excited to see all the smiling faces for back-to-school night and we are looking forward to the first day of school! 1st - 6th graders will begin on 9/6 and Kinders will begin on 9/7. Below are some slides for you to review our arrival and dismissal processes.

Welcome Back Conferences will be held August 31st!
Teachers will be doing welcome back conferences with you and your student(s) this year. Please click on the link below to signup for a block of time that will work for you. Your child’s teacher will reach out via phone between this block of time to introduce themselves and learn about your child. This is a time to share your excitement for the new year, as well as any concerns you may have. Dear Rosedale Families,It is with great pride and excitement that I am the new Principal of Rosedale Elementary School. I am excited to bring my skills as an educational leader to your son’s/daughter’s school and to collaborate with you as a partner in education to ensure your child’s success.
Along with staff, I will work hard to continue the legacy of success established at Rosedale by building strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and community partners. We will focus on character education initiatives through Positive Behavior Intervention Support, Capturing Kids Hearts, fostering a nurturing safe environment for children, use of data to inform instruction, consistent implementation of newly adopted English Language Arts to increase students’ achievement, by providing exciting and challenging enrichment opportunities for all students.
The diverse student population at Rosedale Elementary School provides everyone with an awareness and appreciation for all cultures. The Rosedale staff are passionate, dedicated educators who set high standards of achievement so our young scholars can be successful. We are determined to drive rigorous engagement in literacy, writing, math, and science, and provide individualized opportunities for student growth. To ensure this happens, we collaborate regularly around student learning, challenge one another, and seek to continuously improvement in teaching and learning. We set high expectations for ourselves and our young scholars, and work together in the process of achieving those expectations.
