ParentVUE & StudentVUE

  • ParentVUE ParentVUE is a web portal that allows parents to access real-time information related to their student's education progress.  Parents can view their student's attendance, grades, assignments, and more.  ParentVUE offers a single sign-on to view school information for all of their children, regardless of the grade level or school of attendance.  Please contact your student's school to request an Activation Key Letter. 

    StudentVUE StudentVUE allows students to access their class schedule, assignments, grades, and more.  Students will access the portal using their school username and password.

    To create an account in ParentVUE, you need the activation key provided by your student's school.

    New ParentVUE Users: Create an Account

    1. Go to in your web browser, or open the mobile app.
    2. Click I am a parent.I am a parent
    3. Click Español for Spanish translation, if needed.
    4. Click Activate Account/Reset Password.
    5. Click Activate Account.Activate Account
    6. Read the Privacy Statement and click I Accept.
    7. Enter your Name and Activation Key. Enter the name exactly as it appears in our student data system and click Continue to Step 3.Enter name and key code
    8. Choose a username and password (at least 6 characters), provide an email address, and click Complete Account Activation.Username and Password and Email


    Existing Users: Log In

    1. Go to in your web browser, or open the mobile app.
    2. Click I am a parent or I am a student, as appropriate.Parent or Student
    3. Click Español for Spanish translation, if needed.
    4. Enter your username and password (students enter their school username and password), and click Login.login


  • Q.  How do I get an activation code for ParentVUE? 

    A.  Your child’s school has an activation letter for you.  If you have not received that letter, contact the school.

    Q.  My activation key does not work.

    A.  Make sure you are entering your name exactly the way it is entered in our student system.

    Q.  I forgot my password.  How do I find it?

    A.  Parents can reset their own password (password must be at least 6 characters in length and cannot be the current password).

    1. Open in your browser.
    2. Click I am a parent.
    3. Click Español for Spanish translation, if needed.
    4. Click Forgot Password.
    5. Enter the email address or user name that is registered with your ParentVUE account, click Send Email.
    6. Open the email and select the Click here to change password link.
    7. Enter the First Name and Last Name exactly as it displays in the account.  Enter New Pasword and Confirm New Password.  Click Change Password.
    8. A message indicating that the application made the changes successfully displays.

    Q.  Do I use the same login for each of my children?

    A.  Yes, your ParentVUE login will give you access to each of your children.  If you are not able to access all of your children, call the school of the child you are unable to access.

    Q.  My account states it is disabled.  How do I fix it?

    A.  Account may be disabled due to excessive incorrect login attempts or other security reasons.  To reactivate your account call your child’s school.

    Q.  When I click on a link within ParentVUE nothing happens.

    A.  ParentVUE uses pop-up windows.  Make sure your internet browser is set to allow pop-ups.

    Q.  In what languages can I view ParentVUE?

    A.  ParentVUE can be viewed in English or Español.  Click on the English or Español link in the lower right corner of the screen to change language.
