Hillsboro School District delivers meals to students with guidance from USDA programs such as the USDA National School Lunch Program. Menu selections include fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, and milk served at breakfast and lunch. Hillsboro Schools partner with local farms and businesses to include quality local products.
Beginning March 1, 2024:
The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) will allow students attending any of HSD's 36 school sites to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at no cost. No further action is required of you. Your children will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay for meals or submit an application. Click here for more information regarding this change.
Meal pricing will still be in effect at non-CEP schools prior to March 1, 2024.
Information regarding meal account refunds will be mailed to households on March 20,2024. Refunds will begin being processed at that time.

The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
